This website is a catalogue, not a shop. Nothing here offers a sale at a stated price. We quote prices per enquiry and confirm them in writing before an order begins.

Quotes

A quote stays valid for fifteen days unless it states otherwise. Prices depend on quantity, product, print method and delivery, so they can change if any of those change.

Orders and approval

An order becomes confirmed once you approve the mockup in writing and we receive the agreed advance. We print nothing before mockup approval; instead, we produce only against your approval.

Artwork

You confirm you have the right to use any logo, photograph or text you send us. However, we accept no liability for infringement of someone else’s copyright or trademark in artwork you supply to us.

Colour

Screen colour and printed colour never match exactly, and natural materials vary between batches. Therefore, we match colours as closely as the process allows, and we discuss any tolerance before printing.

Delivery dates

We agree delivery dates before production and hold to them. However, delays caused by late artwork approval, courier disruption or events outside our control move the date accordingly, and we tell you as soon as we know.

Payment

The quote states the terms. Ordinarily, an advance confirms the order, and the balance falls due before dispatch.

Governing law

The laws of India govern these terms, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat hold jurisdiction.
