What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote and fulfil an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and any artwork or photographs you send us for printing. If you enquire on WhatsApp, that conversation sits in WhatsApp under their own privacy terms.

How we use it

To prepare a quote, produce your order, arrange delivery and keep in touch about that order. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone outside the people needed to complete your order — our printing team and the courier.

Your artwork and photographs

Photographs and logos you send are used for your order and nothing else. We do not use customer artwork in our own marketing without asking you first, in writing. Tell us at any time and we will delete your files.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Artwork files are kept for twelve months after an order so repeat orders match, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, this page will say so before it goes live.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email parvgifting@gmail.com and we will act within thirty days.
